I received a call this afternoon from the Red Cross. I have been deployed to Los Angeles to assist in the Red Cross disaster operation in Los Angeles. I will be in the area for several days...up to 3 weeks. I fly out tomorrow.On the NBC Nightly News tonight they said that over 800 homes have been destroyed by the fires currently burning in southern California. The air quality is very low.
